I find Inspiration in Every Turn
Welcome to my page. I'd like to introduce myself, since you have been so kind to see who is behind Sprookjesjurk. I have loved making dresses and clothes since I was a kid. My inspiration came from old movies and videoclips of singers on tv.
Even though I never had any sewing lessons, I just went along working various materials and sewing machines. I made every possible mistake and kept on trying. Because that's me: I want to do it my way.
Mission
What started out as just an idea has developed into one of the most unique rental shops in the area. I am proud to have created many beautiful extraordinairy dresses by upcycling left-over materials.

With a world of full of stuff, I try to use what is already there. I believe in re-sharing rather than putting more excess to our lives. My dresses represent diversion from our unpleasant aspects of daily life to a world where rarity is common sense. Living a meaningfull life with less.
